    David Sturt, born 1962, has over 29 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry gained working on projects in Europe, CIS, Africa and SE Asia. David Sturt is since 2019 the CEO of PetroNeft Resources Plc, an oil and gas company with assets in the Tomsk region in Russia. Since 2012 David is a Senior Vice President with Azimuth Limited, and is still a founding shareholder of VTX, which is an oil and gas production company with assets in Indiana and Illinois formed after the sale of VistaTex. In 2011-2012, David served as a Deputy Board Chairman and Head of Upstream for Ukrnafta. David was one of the founding shareholders of VistaTex, a gas producing company with assets onshore US, recently acquired by Dome Energy.
